DSP Cartel – DMCA Policy

DSP Cartel takes claims of copyright infringement seriously and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on or distributed through DSP Cartel infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Your DMCA Notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (or a representative list for multiple works).

  • Identification of the infringing material, with sufficient detail to locate it.

  • Your contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, and email).

  • A statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important: False claims may lead to legal liability under applicable law.

Counter‑Notification

If content was removed in error, you may submit a Counter Notification including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the removed content and where it appeared.

  • Your contact information.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the removal was mistaken.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and accepting service from the original claimant.

Upon receiving a valid Counter Notification, DSP Cartel may reinstate the content unless a legal claim is filed.

Repeat Infringers

DSP Cartel reserves the right to disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
